Blackrock Monolith

Wondrous item, very rare (requires attunement)

A heavy, ungainly piece of primordial Blackstone, unable to be moved by anyone without attunement. When attuned to, the blackstone monolith starts hovering and levitates in a 5 foot space within 5 feet range besides you.

Suspended Motion. Using your movement, you can move the Monolith around you, though it sternly remains in your orbit. Creatures cannot move through a space occupied by the Monolith.

Hovering Giant. Standing behind the Monolith grants the benefit of having full cover. Magical effects that manifest in an outward radius, such as a cone or a straight line, are interrupted by the Monolith. As such, creatures standing behind the Monolith are unaffected as the blackrock protects them from harm.
