Armor of Dawn's Command

Armor (splint), very rare (requires attunement)

This mercurial set of splint armor brims with the power of the dawn, raging to bring forth its wrath against the darkness. While attuned to it, you gain a flying speed of 60 feet as you sprout four radiant wings of light and fire.

Only at dawn, you unlock the radiant potential to construct a steed from the first light of the morning, allowing you to cast the Find Steed spell without expending spell slots or material components. The steed lasts for 6 hours or until unsummoned. While wearing the armor, the steed’s movement speed is doubled.
