Wondrous item (poison), legendary

A colourless, odourless poison concocted by one whose goal in life was naught but to topple the elite. Upon ingestion of the contents of this vial, a creature must make a DC 18 Constitution saving throw, taking 10d8 poison damage on a failed save. On a successful save, the target takes half damage. If this damage reduces the target to 0 hit points, it is disintegrated as its body rapidly decomposes and leaves nothing behind. The creature can be restored to life only by means of a wish spell.

Rejoiced as one man’s freedom fighter and reviled as another man’s terrorist, Agamemnos wreaked a path of havoc and destruction, ostensibly for a just cause. Before his sudden and unexpected disappearance, he concocted a potent yet odorless poison to target the highest officials serving in the Eprorian administration.
