Functional Requirements

• Main page displays the active polls and surveys
• Only authorized people can vote in the active polls or questions
• Contain visitor mode
• Polls have start time and end time to be active and inactive

Non-Functional Requirements

• Use Python to write
• Use Django web framework
• Portable. Can install and run on MacOS, Linux and Window
