Summary

jgfs_atmos_atmanlprod.ecf is listed in the v17 ECF script manifest but does not exist on disk in the current dev/gfs.v17 worktree. This script traditionally runs UPP on the analysis to produce GRIB2 products from the atmospheric analysis fields. In v17, this functionality appears to be handled by jgfs_atmos_analupp.ecf (which calls JGLOBAL_ATMOS_UPP with UPP_RUN='analysis').
