Summary
GDAS counterpart of jgfs_wave_postsbs_master.ecf. Converts GDAS WW3 wave output to gridded GRIB2 per forecast hour. Per-hour _master template. Uses same shared JGLOBAL_WAVE_POST_GRIDDED J-Job.

Key differences from GFS counterpart
- 15-min walltime vs 1.5 hours — GDAS has only 9 forecast hours.
- Same resources (128 cpus, 20 GB) — same work per hour.
- Same shared J-Job.
