Summary
GDAS counterpart of jgfs_wave_postpnt.ecf. Generates wave station/point spectral + bulletin output from GDAS 9-hour WW3 forecast. Uses same shared JGLOBAL_WAVE_POST_PNT J-Job.

Key differences from GFS counterpart
- Same resources and walltime as GFS (station processing time doesn't scale with forecast length as much).
- Same shared J-Job with
DOSPC_WAV/DOBLL_WAV/DOBNDPNT_WAVflags set by the J-Job. - Fewer forecast hours processed.
