@ngrx/eslint-plugin — real source, 38 lint rules + configs (including template rules for @ngrx/component, #656), 762/762 tests passing, 0 lint errors. The 13th and last module added — module additions are now complete across the whole repo. Audited clean, no @ngrx/store dependency.

Found and fixed a real Nx-executor/@typescript-eslint/rule-tester incompatibility that broke every rule spec file specifically under nx test (the exact path CI uses) while passing cleanly under a bare vitest run — the kind of gap that only surfaces by running it the way CI actually does, not by trusting a local test pass. Code review audit complete — the audit's last module: 55/55 files, 38 needing fixes (#45). The biggest: an aliased Store/Actions/ComponentStore import silently turned off 14 rules; several auto-fixes broke or changed working code; and the rules now cover modern APIs — functional effects, provideEffects/provideStore/provideState, createActionGroup, and stores held in inject(...) variables. A repo-wide coverage scan had filed #345 — 4 confirmed-orphaned exports (getDecoratorName, effectCreator, effectDecorator, propertyDefinitionWithEffectDecorator, the latter two a dead leftover chain from the pre-createEffect() @Effect()-decorator API), filed as dead code to remove rather than a coverage gap to test; all four were removed during the review (#728, #732).
