A note on using this wiki:

• The wiki is organized in a tree structure. The path to a page is shown at the top of the page.
• Most of the pages that refer to files include a link to the source code for that file in the title. Having the code open in another window can be helpful.
• Ignore the 'pages' sidebar. Unless you know what page you are looking for, it is not organized in a way that is helpful (a limitation of the wiki system).
• If you are new, start in the General Overview section before moving into the Getting Started section.
