Medicine
More than ten new diseases and injuries. More than 100 genuine medicines and drugs. Advanced system of injuries and operations.
Introduction
Medicine is divided into three categories: tablets, ampoules and injectors.
Tablets usually treat the initial stages of the disease and are used to prevent diseases. The package contains ten tablets. Packages with the same tablets can be combined.
Ampoules contain potent drugs to treat complex diseases or diseases in the middle and terminal stages. Each ampoule contains substances for three injections. The player must use a syringe to inject the substance. After each injection, the syringe becomes dirty and must be disinfected with alcohol or boiled in a pot of water over a fire.
Injectors are analogous to ampoules, but there is no need to use syringes. All injectors are disposable.

Diseases
HEMATOMA / BRUISE
Hematomas can be obtained when injured by a zombie or hit with a blunt weapon. If you have a large number of hematomas, your health will decrease. Hematomas heal on their own over time. Use salves to speed up healing.

COLD / INFLUENZA / PNEUMONIA
You can catch a cold or influenza from hypothermia. Over time, the colds will progress to the lungs and, at the last stage, will change into pneumonia. With pneumonia, your character will slowly begin to lose health. Use antibiotics of the same level or higher to heal. It may take several doses of the drug for a complete recovery. A mild cold can be cured by sleeping in a warm place.

SEPSIS
Sepsis occurs when an infection enters an open wound. This can happen from a zombie scratch, knife, or bullet wound with a small chance. And also with a great chance when manipulating dirty hands with an open wound. If you do not treat the sepsis, over time, your health will start to go away. Sepsis is treated with strong antibiotics (lvl 3)

ZOMBIE VIRUS
The zombie virus is transmitted by airborne droplets and through body fluids. You can get sick with a small chance when fighting zombies in melee. The chance of infection increases if a zombie inflicted wounds on you. Use a face mask and anti-puff and ballistic armours to reduce the chance of infection. The virus has a very long incubation period. The player has more than a real hour of time to find the antidote. At the terminal stage of infection, your health begins to decline rapidly.

OVERDOSE
An overdose of medications occurs with the introduction of large doses of an active substance or poison into the body. Overdose is divided into 3 stages. In the first stage, you experience nausea and hallucinationsю. In the second stage, you wash out to lose consciousness. In the third stage, your health will begin to decline. Overdose is excreted from the body over time.
Physical Wounds
SCAR / CUT
Minor cuts or scrapes when fighting zombies or sharp weapons with a small chance. With this wound, blood practically does not flow out, so sometimes it is better not to interact with the wound once again if you have dirty hands. It can be tied with rags or bandages.
BULLET AND PUNCH WOUND
A player can obtain a bullet wound from firearms. It is characterized by severe bleeding and requires immediate dressing. Bandaging with a hemostatic bandage will be more effective than a regular bandage or rag. After dressing, the wound will continue to bleed slightly until the bullet is removed with a surgical kit. Body armour in good condition can protect you from bullet wounds. But the chance of penetrating the armour is calculated using the ballistic calculator. Thus, light body armour will protect you from small calibres but will not protect you from medium and large calibres. If a bulletproof vest blocks a bullet, you get an outarmour injury in the form of a hematoma.
INTERNAL ORGAN WOUND
Players can obtain internal injury with a small chance of bullet wounds or wounds inflicted in the torso area. Internal injury cannot be bandaged and will bleed continuously until it is treated with a surgical kit.
BRAIN CONCUSSION
A concussion can be obtained from being hit on the head with a blunt weapon or as a small-calibre bullet injury when using a ballistic helmet. A concussion resolves itself over time, but the player can use specialized medications to speed up the treatment.

Blood Hemostatic
Primary hemostasis occurs when your body forms a temporary plug to seal an injury. A platelet circulates in your blood, adheres to damaged tissue, and triggers it. More platelets can be recruited through activation to form a platelet "plug" to stop blood loss. The player can utilise substances to reduce the bleeding, getting more time to get the proper treatment (Ex: Clean bandages or a surgery kit).
