Turn restrictions in intersections indicates if there's a maneuver that can't be done(ex: no right turn, no U turn etc.), or a maneuver that can be done(ex: only left turn, only straight).

Classic Turn Restriction

• If the restriction it's applied to a one way, don't add it because if you do it will be duplicate information.
  
• On Time Based Turn Restriction be sure you don't let any extra "spaces" in the syntax..
