The oneway tag is used to indicate the access restriction on highways and other linear features as appropriate. This means that this tag should be used when traffic can flow only in one direction.

oneway = yes/no

• Be careful to the digitization direction when you add one way tag, because the digitization direction has to be the same with the one way direction. If not, you can change the direction by selecting the way and press 'R'.
  
• Also we add one ways on dual carriage roads.
