• gerrit repo for API is not aligned to github: need to realign the branches.
• API: exploring capability of swagger and finalizing some documentation
• variable load case: prez from Andrea. The proposal is to refactor the way of propagating signal in elements in order to avoid confsion for noise and loss computation. This will change the current propagate function in all elements. This changes will add accuracy especially in the case of low loaded spectrum but also for very noisy system.
