Teensy 4.1 can be equipped with additional RAM and flash memory.

RAM

According to this forum post the following PSRAM chips should work:

• IPS6404L-SQ-SPN, PJRC, USA, 64 Mbit (8 MByte).
• IPS6404L-SQ-SPN, Electrodragon, China, 64 Mbit (8 MByte)
• ESP PSRAM64H ExpTech, Germany, 64MBit (8MByte)

Flash

• W25Q128JVSIQ, 128 MBit (16 MByte) (Meta search engine, lots of distributors)
• W25Q128JVSIQ-ND, From digikey.com, 128 MBit (16 MByte)
