First Announcement

On a given Monday, at 12PM EDT, make an @everyone announcement in #general. Include, if any:

• Announcements in and around TechMasters, special upcoming events
• Highlights from last week or in recent days
• Last week's blog, if available

In the same message, kick off the weekly discussion by announcing its title or topic, and then an array of starting points or questions to help people get started.

Follow-up Announcement

The next day, make a @here announcement linking to the original post, reminding everyone the discussion lasts all week. If the discussion in #general trails off, just make some regular posts to keep everyone focused on the topic.

Blog

The Sunday of that week marks the end of the discussion. If you haven't already, assign the Medium story to one of our writers. All stories are logged in Times. Once written and published, announce it on the following Monday. Don't forget to Tweet everything!
