Meeting summary

• We discussed our progress in the last week.

• We observed our code and ran what we have so far with two PDBs. We encountered two problems in the running and tried to solve them:

  1. Pymol wasn't closing after the fetching of the two PDB files.
  2. We got an error while running the OpenMM script that says the protein is lacking 3 atoms of hydrogen.

• We discussed our future work and what is needed to be done before the first POC on 1 May. Among the things we talked about were:

  • The create simulation page and the need for some mid-levels to show the user mid-results, such as the two proteins before the user chooses the distance between them.
  • Form validation of the fields the user entered, such as a check that all the necessary input was entered correctly (where is needed to be a number there is a number and so on).
  • Which files and information we need to store and what can be deleted.
  • Some things we need to do in our site, such as adding and editing our tabs.

We decided to make the next meeting on 23 April and divided the work that needs to be done until then between us.
