This page describes how you might make the parts for the Electronics - Low Voltage. Keep in mind that there are probably many other methods that will work. Choose a method that works for you. If a particular part requires an expensive tool you don't have, consider having a friend or local machine shop do it for you. Step 1: Layout the edges and hole locations using the drawing as a guide.
Step 2: Center punch the hole locations.
Step 3: Cut the plate out using a jigsaw, shear or hacksaw.
Step 4: Drill the holes to the diameters shown on the drawing using a drill press.

Step 1: Layout the edges and hole locations using the drawing as a guide.
Step 2: Center punch the hole locations.
Step 3: Cut the sheet metal out using a shear or tin snips.
Step 4: Drill the holes to the diameters shown on the drawing using a drill press.
Step 5: Cut the square holes out using a cold chisel then clean up the rough edge with a file. NOTE: The edge of the sheetmetal must be supported when filing. There are many other ways to do cut the square holes but this is fairly straight forward and uses simple tools. Use whichever way you like.
