  • There is one pre-existing climber

  • Neither was fully functional

  • (In optimistic Kyle time) will probably do it fairly quickly with a competent blueprint
  • Kyle would be willing to design things for this

4) Programming language choice and tutorials 🖥

  • C++ is chosen
  • Max could teach people C++

5) Get auto tracking working 📷

  • Auto aligning shooter with goal
  • Interested People: Max, Ria, Ian, and maybe more people...
  • Modify limelight configuration to give distance and direction
  • Small group tutorial

6) Code to adjust spacing between fuel cells in different parts of the shooter 📷

  • Once we have fuel, they can get stuck if they are to close
  • Software and/or Mechanical
  • Ty's suggestion: photoelectric brake
  • Only some sensors are in use in software
  • Changing angle moves balls closer
  • Max has made diagrams
  • Ian would do some code

7) Code to hold shooter angle 📷

  • New tracking code to do vertical alignment
  • Try PID loop (with a chain this may bounce)
  • Block diagram
  • Easiest way: Pigeon IMU (motor control software can use it for built-in PID)
    • Need more than just normal accelerometer
  • Ria has volunteered!

8) How to center ball along path of index wheel 🤖

  • The ball can get skewed to the side of the index wheel
  • May be fixed by other things

9) Safety video 🖥

  • Deadline: Jan 14th, 2021
  • 2D or 3D drawings
  • Theme: Safety is caring
  • Topics: Kindness, Respect, Inclusion, Acceptance, and Teamwork

  • Interested folks: Peilin and Ria (will look into storyboarding)
