As a team we agree to:

• Respect the speaker by not interrupting them
• Work hours are 9-5, respect off hours.
• Notify each other if we are late or can’t be at work
• Make sure everyone has an equal voice
• Contact the Scrum Master/PO if there are any urgent/emergency matters.

Coding Standards

• Everyone will submit pull requests to have their code merged
• PRs must have at least 2 reviews by someone other than the author(s)
• Pair program when working on features

Meetings

• Our meeting schedule (link)
• No cell phones
• If anyone violates these rules, they must wear a silly hat at the next meeting.
