Applied Energistics 2
Placing a Logistics Requester Frame on an ME Interface makes any items provided by the PNC logistics system visible to the AE2 network as "craftable" items. Requesting those via AE2 will trigger a Logistics Drone or Logistics Module to deliver those items to the ME Interface.
Pneumatic Helmet item search functionality can see the items in an AE2 disk
Note: AE2 integration is currently not enabled on 1.18.2, since AE2 has basically rewritten its API
Botania
The Solegnolia works to suppress the Pneumatic Armor magnet effect
Plastic Bricks can be coloured with the Botania Paint Lens
CoFH (Thermal Series)
The Holding enchantment, added by CoFH, acts to increase the volume of pressurizable items
Can be configured and/or disabled in config: cofh_holding_multiplier
CoFH fuels work in the Liquid Compressor and Kerosene lamp (configurable via datapack - recipe type is pneumaticcraft:fuel_quality)

Many PNC:R machines can be connected to as peripherals to query various machine parameters (pressure, heat...)
The Drone Interface allows full control of drones via Lua programs

Curios
The Memory Stick can be placed in a Curios slot (useful when XP autoabsorb is enabled)
The Aerial Interface can charge (PNC pressure and FE) items in Curios slots
Harvesting Drones know how to harvest Industrial Hemp
The External Heater can supply heat to PNC:R's heat system
This can be configured and/or disabled in config: see ie_external_heater_r_fper_tick and ie_external_heater_heat_per_rf
Pneumatic Armor and Drones: Security Upgrade protects from Immersive Engineering electrical damage (at the cost of air)
IE Biodiesel is fluid-tagged along with PNC:R Biodiesel and works exactly the same in a Liquid Compressor
JEI
As expected, all machine recipes (as well as a few other processes like explosion crafting, in-world yeast crafting...) can be viewed through JEI
Mekanism
Mekanism and PNC:R heat systems are interconnected; PNC:R machines can be heated with Mekanism Fuelwood and Resistive Heaters, and Mekanism boilers can be heated with PNC:R heat sources like Vortex Tubes.
This can be configured and/or disabled in config: mek_thermal_resistance_factor and mek_thermal_conversion_efficiency
Pneumatic Armor has a Radiation Shielding Upgrade, which protects from Mekanism radiation (note: default recipe requires Mekanism radiation shielding modules to craft)
Harvesting Drones can use Mekanism Paxels
