The client and business are able to send messages to each other in real-time from within the application.

4.3 Smart Scheduling Suggestions

The application is able to produce likely scheduling and rescheduling time slots based on the user’s calendar information and available time slots.

4.4 Smart Notifications

Application is able to generate automatic notifications via text message to the user based on their proximity to the booking location, transportation preferences and any considerations from the business’s perspective.
