Objectives of Cardiac Measurement Recorder

"Cardiac Measurement Recorder" is an Android Mobile App that lets cardiac patients keep track of their health records. It is a platform where patients record their data on Blood pressure and heart rate. They can also update and delete previously recorded records.

Its purpose is to measure and track blood pressure and heart rate, add notes, and check out measurements if desired.

The app should allow the user to:

1. Show a list of measurements
2. add a new measurement (which always appends to the bottom end of the list)
3. View and edit the details of an existing measurement
4. Delete a measurement
5. See unusual blood pressures highlighted or flagged.
