There in one Jump_Server which is available in public location and we have one App Server with private IP is also avaible in same VCN now we are trying to create connection from Jump to App server:

Step:1 Login to Jump Server via putty.

Step:2 Ping App Server from Jump Server to check connectivity.

ping 10.0.1.35

Step3: Perform telent to App server from Jump Server at port 22 to check the port availbiliyt and connectivity

telnet 10.0.1.35 22

Connected to 10.0.1.35.

All three steps working properly

Step:4 Create one folder KEY in Jump server and store the dowloanded raw (.pem) key inside it.

mkdir KEY

Step:5 Get inside the KEY folder and Paste raw private key that is dowanloaded while creating instance and it should in .pem extention.

Step:06 Give the READ, WRITE permission to the KEY folder.

chmod <Req permission code> <Complete path of private key>

chmod 600 /root/KEY/privatekey.pem

Step :07 Now login from JUMP Server to App Server follow by below command:

ssh -i <Complete path of private key> opc@<Public IP add of Private Instance>

ssh -i /root/KEY/privatekey.pem [email protected]

Finally we have succesfully connect from JUMP Server to App Server.
