This will include everything, including how we want to charge (buy in bulk or charge by demand?).
When warnings come in we would like to create an automated script that will shut down the particular box. Send reports to admin if critical infrastructure boxes are reaching a limit. And determine the overall budgeting

We saw a datastore die last semester with a less than smooth transition to get back up. Using backups would prevent the need to rebuild environments.
Potentially another solution to budget out. Determine if it has better features for our environment
