Payee Codes

For VBA claims that are processed in VBMS, when establishing end products we also submit the participant ID and a payee code for the claimant.

This currently includes Supplemental Claims and Higher level reviews that are for the Compensation and Pension business lines, as well as Fiduciary claims.
