Enable users home on DSM

Some command line applications provided as SynoCommunity package requires user's HOME directory to exist, so that it can save configurations or specific data storage like small databases.

In DSM Control Panel's "User" section, select "Advanced" tab, and check "Enable user home service" in "User Home" section.
