Blackout powder is used as a crafting ingredient for creating the blackout block variants of the different flat light block shapes.

Obtaining

Blackout powder can be crafted shapelessly with 1 of any black dye, and 1 glowstone dust. This outputs 4 blackout powder. Blackout powder can also be found in the Flat Lights creative tab, or obtained through the /give command.
