The decisions done after coach meetings will be done here:

• Warmup :
  • check the discord channel regularly, be clear about what the app does
• Sprint 1 :
  • if we swap from Firebase, we'll have to change import in each of model's files
  • hardcoded text should not be in code, in strings.xml
  • the scrumboard should have a "Done in Si" column per sprint
  • clean up the scrumboard
  • link issues and subissues to PRs
• Sprint 2
  • During sprint 4, get external feedbacks from users
  • If an edit is made while offline (stop sharing), need to persist it in memory so that it syncs when connection returns
  • We should explicitly decide what happens when timezones channge: is a startDate the whole day and shouldn't change between timezones?
