Does this work with Structure?

Absolutely! Structure may take away your need to use the Pages functionality, but Structure is 100% compatible.

Does this work with Multi-Site Manager?

Yep! This will work just fine with multiple sites.

I have SurgeEO 1 in place on a site, will upgrading to SurgeEO 2 affect anything?

In general we've made it backwards compatible. Your tags will continue to work as before, and no update to the database is needed for the update (so downgrading should be trivial). A couple things to watch out for:

1. We've altered the fallback stack for Structure based sites. This should make it work better than before, but if you hacked around it before you may be able to remove the hacks.
2. Pages that are associated with an entry (eg. Structure page) that also have a set of metadata defined in the Pages section of the addon, will start using the metadata of the entry instead, since the tags are now unified.
