SPI support

Recompile the kernel (Petalinux) with the following options on:

Device Drivers -> SPI support -> User mode SPI device driver support

Device Drivers -> SPI support -> [*]SPI slave protocol handlers

Device Drivers -> SPI support -> <*> SPI slave handler reporting boot up time

Device Drivers -> SPI support -> <*> SPI slave handler controlling system state
