There is only one Aligners (Prank) available for construcing alignment directly at the codon level, and it is generally of high quality for subsequent analyses, like positive selection detection and/or phylogenetic inference.

For constructing codon-alignment, just select the option of **Prank-Codon**, and then click the Align button.
