This project currently takes the approach of replacing the OEM screen from the RTI unit with an aftermarket 6.5" capacitive LCD. We are exploring the possibility of using the factory screen, but as of now, this is the recommended route for using the system. You can also choose a completely different way. What you connect to the Raspberry is up to you afterall.

The community "Geaksty" created a custom LCD bracket to neatly mount the screen onto the metal chassis of the RTI unit. The file for that can be found here.
