The project origin arose from two original hits: **The 1st original hit **is: RA-0010958 from which this project started (below) were identified by Jim Sacchettini HTS screening of diverse sets in 2023. This hit is picogreen active (IC50=3.19 µM) and it showed 98% inhibitory activity against SARS-CoV-2 RdRP, however it showed inactive in gel-based data.

**The 2nd original hit **(below) is: RA-002341-01 which identified by Jim Sacchettini HTS scroriginally came from NSP13 Cheminformatics hits, the cross-screening identified this hit as active against RdRp (RdRp Gel-based IC50 = 6 uM), Picogreen assay: IC50= 14.92 uM, hs: 0.69, also it showed very good solubility profile (Kinetic sol (=208.4 uM >200 uM))
