• JT: Stub out methods for importer and exporter
• Andrew R: Add descriptions to the design and making specifications
• Andrew W: Update wiki to reflect any changes sent by Boss Andrew (Andrew R). Review Paper.js test case and comment formatting

Meeting on Friday at 1:30 PM to discuss JT's method stubs, specifications, and SVG in general.
