During redeployment, any troops that were ordered to attack a region and survived are now moved into that new region (Thus taking "ownership" of that region). If the player takes ownership of at least one region, they are awarded a single Card

The player may then issue a single redeployment order between two adjacent regions that they own. They must leave at least one troop in each region.
