Python Shifter Test Script - StephenDone/kickr_shifters GitHub Wiki

This script will access a KICKR Shifter or DIY KICKR Shifter over the I2C bus.

It is configured to work 'out of the box' with a Raspberry PI 4B.

Just run python kickr_shifter.py and you should get an output like the following...

Pressing the various buttons on the shifters should show the individual button down and button up events.

If you unplug the shifter, the script will show I2C I/O errors until a shifter is plugged in.
