###Welcome to the PLMScoRe wiki!
This Wiki explains how to install, use, and customize PLMScoRe to derive the correct LM and PLM indices (and more) in accordance with the new WASM 2016 rules. So far, only REMLogic event txt files are supported as input, but this is expected to change in the future.
- If you are not already an R/RStudio user, check out the prerequisites to know how to install R, RStudio, and PLMScoRe.
- For the WASM 2016 rules to be accurate, you will want to score all leg movements, sleep, arousals, and respiratory events as described here.
- If you are not sure, how to obtain the correct REMLogic event txt files, which are needed as the input, follow these instructions.
- When using PLMScoRe for the first time, you will be asked to provide some specifications and a step-by-step tutorial can be found here.
- If everything has been set up correctly, PLMScoRe will produce a vast array of results. See here to know what will be available to you.
- It does not need to stop there. If you want to use PLMScoRe for research you might be interested in obtaining additional information and using the quite wonderful functionality of R, that is only a very small step away.
- Likewise, you may want to use PLMScoRe to automatically process a large number of recordings (100s? 1000?s - are no problem) and this process is described here.
- Finally, check out the FAQs for more information.
Happy Scoring!
