Draws one or more initiative cards. The deck is specific to each Discord server.

If one attempts to draw an initiative card from an empty deck, a new deck of initiative cards is shuffled prior to drawing that card.

Usage

!drawinit [speed] [-haste <value>] [-shuffle]

Argument	Description
`[speed]`	Number of initiative cards to draw. If omitted, draws 1 card.
`-haste <value>`	Draws more initiative cards and keeps the best one. The other cards are shuffled back into the deck before other players draw their cards. Use this argument for special talents like Lightning Fast.
`-shuffle`	Resets the deck. (Which is probably needed at the beginning of every new encounter.)

!drawinit or !drawinit 1 → Draws one initiative cards.
!drawinit -shuffle → Shuffles all the initiative cards in a new deck (= reset), then draws one initiative card.
!drawinit -haste 2 → Draws 2 initiative cards and keeps the best one.
!drawinit 2 -haste 3 → Draws 3 initiative cards and keeps the best one, then repeats the process one more time to have a total of 2 cards.
