Try to not exceed 200 characters (including spaces).

The Microsoft User assistance model suggests for a ToolTip to try to not exceed 200 characters including the spaces.

This makes the ToolTip easier to scan so the user can get unblocked quickly.

Longer ToolTip text

The UI will render longer ToolTip text if you want to provide more detailed user assistance.

De UI can show up to almost 600 characters and then can expand up to 2200 characters before the user have to start scrolling.
