By using Nomadtask as a Maker who creates a Task, you are covered by this refund policy as follows:

Only the total reward fund (also called the "Total Task Budget") is refundable. The conversion/accounting and operation fees are not refundable in any case.

The task rewards that are already allocated for workers in the middle of, or who have completed the tasks are not refundable. You can find out how much of your task budget remains by checking the "Remaining Balance" section.

When you request a refund, there will be an applied daily deduction to your refundable amount to prevent a task running too long in a low quality way. See below for details:

Before starting your Task: If you have not started your Task yet, you can get a full refund of the Total Task Budget.

After starting your Task: Once you have started your Task (which means that you have clicked the "Start Now" button on your Maker Dashboard), your refundable amount will be calculated based on the "Remaining Balance" minus the daily deduction, which is calculated by 1/30th each day. For example, if your Remaining Balance is $80 and your Task has started 5 days ago, your refundable amount will be $66 based on this calculation $80 x (1 - 5/30). 30 days after you begin your task listing you will have no refundable balance left.

Please note that you can only request a refund after meeting the following conditions:

1. You should pause the task.
2. All pending workers who have joined the task but did not submit their proof yet must be moderated. It may take up to 10 days after pausing your task for the pending workers to complete the task (based on the setting of "Time given to workers to submit their proofs" that you made).
3. You should finish all the moderation properly.

*You can only request a refund for a budget greater than $2. *Any purchase via coupon payment will NOT be refundable.

Once your task has met the criteria above, the "Request Refund" button will be active and you can claim your refundable amount. The refund will be processed via the same method of payment. The conversion rate is calculated based on the average market price in the previous 24 hours.

환불 규정

노마드태스크에서 메이커로서 태스크를 운영한다는 것은 다음 환불 규정에 동의함을 의미합니다:

환불의 대상이 되는 금액은 태스크 대시보드에 표시되는 "남은 예산" 입니다. 태스크 생성 시 결제했던 운영 / 환전 수수료는 환불 대상이 아닙니다. 또한, 이미 작업자에게 지급된 리워드, 또는 지급이 예정되어 있는 리워드 역시 환불 대상이 아닙니다.

환불 신청을 위해서는 우선 1) 해당 태스크가 멈춤 상태여야 하고, 2) 모든 작업자의 모더레이션이 완료된 상태여야 합니다. 이 두가지가 충족되면 태스크 대시보드에서 "환불 요청" 버튼이 활성화 됩니다. 또한, 노마드태스크에 단일 태스크가 너무 오랫동안 업데이트 업데이트 없이 계류되는 현상을 방지하기 위해 일일 공제 금액이 환불 가능 금액에서 차감됩니다. 이 부분에 대한 자세한 설명은 다음과 같습니다:

결제 완료 후 태스크 시작하기 전 단계: 태스크를 아직 시작하지 않은 단계라면 일일 공제 금액 차감 없이 잔여 예산 모두를 환불 받으실 수 있습니다.

태스크 시작 (라이브) 후: 일단 태스크 시작하기 버튼을 눌러 태스크가 라이브된 후에는 그 시점부터 총 30일에 걸쳐서 1/30 만큼의 일일 공제 금액이 발생합니다. 예를 들어, 태스크 시작 5일 후 환불을 요청할 경우, 그리고 그 시점에서 잔여 예산이 $80이 남은 상태일 경우 환불 가능 금액은 $80 x (1 - 5/30) = $66 이 됩니다. 태스크 시작 후 30일이 모두 지나고 나면 일일 공제 금액 정책에 따라 환불 가능 금액이 모두 사라지게 됩니다.

환불 절차는 다음과 같습니다.

1. 우선 태스크를 "멈춤" 상태로 전환합니다.
2. 현재 대기중인 작업자들이 모두 작업물을 제출하여 모더레이션을 완료하거나, 작업자들이 제출 기한을 넘겨 참여 상태가 취소될때 까지 기다립니다. 즉, 대시보드에서 "현재 진행중"인 작업자 수가 0명이 되어야 합니다.
3. 모더레이션을 성실히 완료 한 후 대기중인 작업자가 없게 되면 "환불 요청" 버튼이 활성화 됩니다. 해당 버튼을 눌러 환불 가능 금액을 확인한 후 환불 신청을 하면 됩니다.
4. 환불은 1 - 3 영업일 정도 소요될 수 있으며, 환불 금액은 태스크를 결제한 수단으로 환불 됩니다 (e.g. 카드 결제의 경우 카드의 부분 승인 취소 방법으로 환불됩니다).
5. 환불시 환율은 해당 시점에서 직전 24시간 평균 가격으로 계산됩니다.
6. 환불은 잔여 예산이 $2 이상일 경우에만 신청 가능합니다.
7. 환불 처리가 끝난 태스크의 경우에는 "환불됨" 상태로 전환되어 잔여 리워드가 0이 되어 태스크가 비활성화됩니다.
8. 쿠폰으로 결제하신 금액은 환불 대상이 아닙니다.
