1. Simple and Clear Task Instructions

Please make simple and clear task instructions and proof examples. You will approve/reject worker’s submission based on what you have outlined in your task instructions. We can reverse the moderation result if we receive a complaint from the worker and the rejection reasons are not clear. You can only reject a submission if it does not meet the requirements outlined in your task instructions. If you reject a submission that has correctly followed your guidelines, we can forcibly approve it without notice. In other words, you should not reject a submission for any reason that is not clearly outlined in your task instructions. If you reject a submission in this way, we can forcibly approve it without notice.

2. Adequate Minimum Task Reward Level

Please set an adequate minimum amount of task reward per approved submission. If your set the minimum reward is too low compared to the level of accomplishment of the task mission, workers may not participate in your task. Once you launch your task, it is not possible to close your task running until the task budget has all been distributed.

3. Multiple Tasks in One Task

Do not include multiple tasks in one task. One task should have only one task (or a number of steps to complete the task). Please note that your task can be deleted or we run forcible approvals if the team concludes that your task has multiple different tasks altogether in one task.

4. Reward Distribution

The task reward will be distributed to the worker 4 hours after you have approved the submission. Once the reward is distributed, you are not able to change the result.

5. Moderation within 72 Hours

You should moderate the worker’s submissions within 72 hours from the submitted date. If you don’t approve/reject within this period, the task submission will be automatically approved.

6. Task Expiration

Your task will expire when there is not sufficient budget to accept more workers to join. In this case, you can top up your budget to keep the task running. If not, your task will automatically finish.

7. Moderation Appeal

You may receive a request via your registered email from a worker whose submission got rejected in order to change your moderation result. You should respond to the appeal and reply with a fair reason for rejection. If your task instructions do not clearly address the reason for the rejection, you need to change the moderation result to approved.

8. Achievable Task

Your task must be achievable by any workers based on your task instructions. If we find out that your task is designed in such a way that makes it impossible to achieve, we can approve worker submissions without your permission (if the workers have used their time and resources to perform your task, but failed because it’s too difficult to understand based on your instructions or physically impossible to achieve). We can also stop running tasks that are designed to abuse workers labor.

9. Illegal Task

We can refuse to run any tasks that are related to areas considered illegal in some countries, such as gambling, scams, Ponzi schemes, malware, phishing, illegal drugs, etc.

10. Risks when Using Nomadtask

Please note that some services do not allow reward-based marketing services, including Nomadtask. You need to check the Terms of the platform you’re using before you run your task on Nomadtask, to prevent any risk to your channel/product. You are fully responsible for making the task, workers and Nomadtask cannot be held responsible for any suspensions. We are not liable for any loss or damage suffered. Also, if your service/product is suspended, you cannot reject legitimate submissions that properly followed your task instructions. Remember to check the terms or any rules from your channel or platform service before you launch your task.

11. Public Presence Risk

Please note that Nomadtask is open to the public. When your service uses Nomadtask the information about your task can be seen publicly, which may lead to unwanted risk in your business such as your reputational damages. You must fully understand and agree that workers and Nomadtask are not liable to the risks or damages incurred using Nomadtask.

12. Request Refund

When you request a refund, a daily deduction will be applied to your refundable amount to prevent a task running too long in a low quality way. Your refundable amount will be calculated based on the “Remaining Balance” minus the daily deduction, which is calculated by 1/30th each day. For more details, please read the Refund Policy.

13. Limitation of Editing Instructions

Once you launch your task, you're not allowed to completely change your task instructions. Only a minor edit such as spelling errors or adding more information is allowed. Also you’re not allowed to reject a submission that followed the old instructions. If we receive a claim from a worker whose submission was rejected because of a change in instructions, we can forcibly approve the submission without giving notice to you.

14. Left Budget Transfer

You can transfer your left-over budget to another task that is created under the same Nomadtask account. To do so, please email [email protected] from your Nomadtask email and include detailed information such as the amount of budget you want to transfer and the task links you want to transfer the money from and to.

15. No Copying Task Instructions

You're responsible for providing detailed task instructions in your own words. It's not allowed to simply copy someone else's task instructions (this includes the text and images). If we receive a report that shows you have plagiarised someone else's instructions, we can remove your task.

메이커 가이드라인

본 메이커 가이드라인은, 노마드태스크에서 태스크를 운영하는 메이커들이 반드시 숙지해야 할 정책들 입니다. 하단 정책 위반시 진행중인 태스크가 쉐도우밴 (메인 리스트에 노출이 안되는 규제) 또는 삭제 처리될 수 있습니다. 가이드라인을 위반하여 태스크가 삭제되는 경우 환불이 불가능하오니 태스크를 운영하기 전에 아래 정책 사항을 반드시 숙지한 후 운영해 주시기 바랍니다.

1. 간결하고 명확한 태스크 지시시항

작업자들의 제출물에 대한 모더레이션 (승인/거절) 작업은 회원님이 작성하신 태스크 지시시항에 의거해서 이루어져야 하기 때문에, 태스크 지시사항은 반드시 간결하고 명확하게 작성하셔야 합니다. 만일 태스크 지시사항에 기재된 내용이 아닌 이유로 작업자의 제출물이 거절되거나, 입력한 지시사항이 애매하게 작성되어 평균적인 작업자들이 이해하기 어려운 내용에 기반해서 모더레이션이 이루어 질 경우 회원님께 고지 없이 저희쪽에서 해당 모더레이션 결과를 변경할 수 있습니다.

2. 태스크 난이도에 적합한 리워드 가격 설정

작업자가 수행해야 하는 태스크 난이도에 적합한 리워드 가격을 적절하게 설정해 주셔야 합니다. 만일 난이도에 비해 설정하신 리워드 가격이 너무 낮을 경우 참여율이 저조할 수 있습니다. 태스크의 참여율이 저조하더라도환불정책에 의해 환불 가능 금액이 시간이 지나면서 계속 감소하기 때문에 적절한 수준의 리워드 가격 설정이 매우 중요합니다.

3. 묶음 태스크 운영 불가

한 태스크에 여러개의 태스크 운영을 묶어서 진행하는 건 불가능합니다. 한 태스크에는 반드시 하나의 미션만 존재해야 합니다. 이를 위반할 경우 회원님의 태스크가 고지 없이 쉐도우밴 (메인 리스트에 표시되지 않는 규제) 또는 삭제 처리될 수 있습니다 (삭제처리 될 경우 계류된/이미 진행된 모더레이션 역시 모두 승인처리 됩니다). 태스크가 삭제처리되면 환불이 불가능하오니 유의해 주시기 바랍니다.

4. 리워드 지급

태스크 리워드는 회원님이 승인하신 시점에서 4시간 후에 자동으로 해당 작업자에게 지급됩니다. 리워드가 이미 지급된 후에는 이를 취소하는게 시스템적으로 불가능합니다.

5. 모더레이션은 72시간 내에 완료

작업자가 작업물 제출 후에 모더레이션 (승인/거부/재제출 요청) 작업을 반드시 72시간 내에 완료해야 합니다. 만일 72시간 내에 모더레이션이 진행되지 않을 경우 해당 작업자의 제출물은 자동 승인처리되고, 자동 승인된 건을 취소하는건 불가능 합니다.

6. 태스크 만료

해당 태스크에 잔여 버짓이 1인당 리워드 금액 미만으로 떨어져서 더이상 태스크 진행이 불가능해질 경우 해당 태스크는 완료 처리됩니다. 태스크 진행중, 또는 태스크가 종료된 후에도 언제든지 대시보드에서 예산 추가를 통해 태스크를 재개할 수 있습니다.

7. 모더레이션 어필 응대

회원님의 모더레이션 결과에 이의를 제기하는 작업자가 회원님의 노마드태스크 등록 이메일에 어필 요청을 할 수 있습니다. 해당 작업자의 어필 요청이 적법하게 이루어 진 경우 메이커는 이에 응대할 의무가 있습니다. 만일 회원님의 모더레이션이 잘못된 경우 대시보드에서 해당 작업물을 다시 승인처리 할 수 있습니다. 만일 회원님이 거절한 제출물이 태스크 지시사항에 기재된 내용에 기반한 게 아닐 경우 반드시 재승인 처리를 해야 합니다. 만일 해당 어필 과정에서 승복하지 못하는 작업자가 저희 고객센터로 재승인 요청을 할 경우, 저희는 회원님께 재 승인 심사를 요청할 수 있습니다. 해당 요청 건에 메이커는 24시간 내에 적법한 회신을 할 의무가 있으며, 만일 24시간 이내에 저희쪽 요청에 응하지 않을 경우 해당 모더레이션 결과가 강제적으로 변경될 수 있습니다.

8. 달성 가능한 태스크 미션

회원님이 요구하는 태스크 미션은 반드시 일반적인 유저가 적법하게 수행 가능한 미션이어야 합니다. 만일 회원님이 요구한 미션이 구조적으로 달성 불가능한 내용이거나, 진행 도중 해당 미션 수행이 어려워진 상태이지만 해당 태스크는 계속 유지중인 경우 저희쪽에서 제출물들을 강제 승인처리 할 수 있습니다. 만일 해당 태스크가 작업자들의 특정 행위에 대한 혜택만을 얻고 난 후 정작 리워드 지급은 이루어지지 않고 있을 경우 (의도적으로 승인 거부하거나 구조적으로 승인 거부되도록 디자인), 저희쪽에서 해당 제출물들을 강제승인 처리할 수 있습니다.

9. 불법적인 태스크

도박, 스캠, 폰지스킴, 악성코드, 피싱, 불법약물류 등등 일반적인 국가에서 불법으로 취급되는 내용이 포함된 태스크의 경우 저희쪽에서 언제든지 승인거부 또는 삭제 처리될 수 있습니다.

10. 노마드태스크 사용에 대한 리스크

노마드태스크는 리워드 기반 마케팅 플랫폼 서비스 입니다. 노마드태스크와 같은 리워드 플랫폼을 사용해서 마케팅을 진행할 경우 귀하가 사용하는 다른 플랫폼에서 약관 위반 사항이 될 수도 있습니다. 메이커는 노마드태스크에서 마케팅을 진행하기 전에 반드시 해당 서비스가 소재한 플랫폼사의 약관에 혹시 위배되는 점은 없는지 반드시 검토해야 할 의무가 있습니다. 혹시라도 노마드태스크를 활용한 마케팅 방식으로 인해 특정 플랫폼에서 제제를 받거나 피해가 발생했을 경우 당사는 그 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.

11. Public Presence Risk

노마드태스크를 사용한 마케팅이 간혹 귀하의 제품/서비스 평판 관리에 위기 요소로 작용할 수도 있습니다. 노마드태스크에 개제되는 태스크들은 모두 일반에 공개되어 있습니다. 노마드태스크를 활용한 마케팅에서 발생 가능한 잠재적 리스크는 전적으로 메이커가 모두 인지하고 있어야 하며, 이와 관련하여 발생하는 피해에 대해 당사는 그 어떠한 책임도 지지 않습니다.

12. 환불 정책 숙지

태스크를 진행하기 전에 반드시 이 환불 정책을 숙지해야 합니다. 특히, 참여율이 저조한 태스크가 오랫동안 노마드태스크 사이트를 점유하는것을 방지하기 위해 노마드태스크에서는 일일 공제 정책이 있습니다. 일단 태스크 시작하기 버튼을 눌러 태스크가 라이브된 후에는 그 시점부터 총 30일에 걸쳐서 1/30 만큼의 일일 공제 금액이 발생하며, 환불이 가능한 금액이 이 공제 금액이 차감되어 계속 줄어드는 방식입니다. 이 정책에 동의하지 않으실 경우 태스크를 진행하실 수 없습니다.

13. 태스크 내용 수정

한번 태스크를 시작한 후에는 해당 태스크 내용을 아예 다른 태스크로 전면 수정하는건 불가능합니다. 태스크 미션은 동일한 내용을 유지한채로 세부적인 내용만 수정이 가능합니다. 또한 특정 태스크 내용을 수정하기 전에 참여를 신청한 작업자가 변경되기 전 내용에 기반해서 태스크를 수행했을 경우 메이커는 비록 태스크 지시사항을 수정한 이후라 하더라도 해당 제출물을 승인해야 할 의무가 있습니다. 만일 이와 관련한 어필 요청이 저희쪽에 접수될 경우, 회원님께 고지 없이 해당 제출물을 강제 승인처리 할 수 있습니다.

14. 잔여 버짓 이전

더이상 태스크 진행을 원치 않을 경우 남은 잔여 예산을 다른 태스크로 이전이 가능합니다. 다만, 이는 회원님이 직접 사이트에서 진행하는건 불가능하고, 저희 고객센터 [email protected] 이메일로 직접 요청 주셔야 합니다. 요청하실 때 반드시 노마드태스크에 등록된 이메일에서 직접 요청을 주셔야 응대가 가능하며, 어떤 태스크 (링크 첨부)에서 얼마를 어느 태스크 (링크 첨부)로 이전을 원하는지 명확하게 기재해 주셔야 합니다.

15. 타인의 태스크 지시사항 무단 도용 금지

아무리 유사한 태스크라 하더라도 타인의 태스크 지시사항 (글, 이미지 등)을 일부라도 무단 도용하는 행위는 금지되어 있습니다. 태스크 지시사항은 반드시 회원님이 모두 직접 작성하신 내용이어야 합니다. 이에 대한 신고가 저희쪽에 접수될 경우 회원님의 태스크는 고지 없이 쉐도우 밴 처리되거나 아예 삭제될 수 있습니다.
