The mass to charge ratio is set using the TOF offset. The approximate value has to be found by trial and error, although currently it should be nearly correct for most runs in the "ridf_events.csv" file. After the ion chamber configuration has been changed, the TOF offset will likely need to be changed, and this is done using aoqByRun.C. The procedure used is to take the main isotope (eg. 132Sn, 108Sn) and adjust the TOF offset until the AoQ ratio is what is expected.
