The Tooltip Scale slider controls the scale of tooltips.

Changing it like in the image below will produce tooltips scaled differently than GUIs. *Note: The GUI scale setting is 4 while the tooltip scale setting is 2.

Setting changes won't show until after you close the main ScalingGUIs menu.
