How to set up splunk forwarder on raspberry pi

• Log into splunk.com. Locate the raspberry pi forwarder app. Use wget to download the app onto the pi

• Follow the documentation provided with the app to find the tar unzip linxu command.

• Go into the folder called SplunkForwarder and copy those three files into the correct directories on the pi

• Copy cpu.sh script into /opt/splunkforwarder/bin/scripts

• Copy the main.py env moniter script file into splunkforwarder/bin/scripts

• Copy inputs.conf, outputs.conf and server.conf from gitlab folder splunk_config into /opt/splunkforwarder/etc/system/local
