Environment Diagnostics

Certain environment information helps other developers understand and reproduce problems with your Rock installation and could be useful with certain issues.

To find your environment information:

  1. Hover your cursor at the bottom of a window in Rock, the admin bar will show
  2. Press the (i) icon to display the Rock Information window.
  3. Note down your Rock Version and Client Culture Setting.

Troubleshooting Performance

If you are troubleshooting page load performance in Rock, you can add ?showDebugTimings=true to the URL. Then scroll to the bottom of the page to see when and how long it took to load each block. Note: This will only work if you have Administrate security for the current page.
