All the parts are relatively straightforward once you have the Eurorack specific sockets and vertical pots - both available from Thonk. The only tricky and critical part in Europe is the vertical SD Card Reader from Yamaichi, which I've only found available in small numbers from Acme in Italy. This part is available in the US from Mouser as part 945-PJS008U-3000-0.
NB: You will also need:
- Micro-B USB Cable - a Kindle cable works fine
- MicroSD card, up to 32gb. Teensy developer Paul Stoffregen recommends Sandisk Ultra MicroSD cards

Previously it was stated that using 100k pots is ok, but it was found in testing that this could lead to CV instability.

Notes on Nov 2014 Mouser Order:
- 200k Resistors 660-mf1/4dcvtr2003f = strange vertical format, not usable
- Doesn't agree with rev1 PCBs: LED resistors ordered are 2k
- Switches are BLUE!
- 47R resistors are weirdly tiny
- Only 1 x 100n ceramic, should be 2
