NOTE: This is NOT a fix for Fabrik's Repeat Groups - it is a fix to functionality used in Visualisations (currently only the Googlemaps Vis.) whereby you can create multiple sets of configuration fields.

This fixes numerous issues with this functionality, and some issues specifically with the Googlemaps Vis.
