1. Sort the accordion by JS action type - so that the display order is based on function rather the order that they were added.

2. Improve the accordion header text so that you can match the comment header in a bespoke JS action to the same style as the selectable JS actions.

3. Show whether the JS is enabled or disabled by colouring the header same colour as BS Yes / No buttons.
