Include a number of Field element options like selecting SQL field type (INTEGER, DECIMAL, VARCHAR as well as default TEXT) and provide formatting options.

Having a calc element as e.g. an SQL INTEGER allows you to e.g. index and sort which you cannot do on TEXT fields.
