These are imaginary users.

Client's nephew, Steve Rogers

• He's 5 years old and attends day care.
• He loves to play on computers and uses iPad regularly.
• He loves drawing, and loves printing them out.
• He does not know how to save pictures, but wants people to help me.

Client's neighbor, Loki

• 65
• He is quite evil and does not remember to water plant.
• He likes conventions.
• He plays a lot of videogames, including PUBG.
• He has a powerful computer but hates Mac
• He has a slight tremor in his hand after dropping water on his hands.
• He likes to create art and post it online.
• He likes to print it, but he'd rather share it online.
• His grandkids use his computer and might want to draw.
• He likes to sign his name on his artwork.
• He has poor vision.

Gloria, who does not speak much English

She wants a localization for Italian or French, languages she speaks. Alternatively, she wants to use buttons and labels based on shape and color rather than words.

George, who does not work with technology

George is not familiar with common UIs elements, as he does not have much experience using technology. He might not be familiar with common interface items, like the "hamburger" menu icon.
